Keep it an evening in the bush

Why a free world still says 19+

Social casino worlds borrow the look, the sound and the pacing of real gambling. Birchsmoke Sapgrove is meant only for adults over the legal gambling age and is aimed at nobody under 19. Age is checked twice: once on the band that greets you at the gate, and again as a tick you make yourself when the account is opened.

Things that will never happen in this bush

• Offer real-money gambling, or nudge anybody towards it.
• Hand out anything of real-world value as a prize.
• Put coins up for sale or bolt on in-app purchases.
• Point you at gambling operators or affiliates.
• Lean on countdowns or streaks to drag you back.

One plain warning about free coins

A free world can be tuned to feel generous, and it refills the pail for nothing. Games played for money do neither. Doing well under these birches tells you nothing about how you would fare with money on the line.

Signs worth a second thought

• Spinning far longer than you meant to.
• Turning short-tempered once you stop.
• Reaching for the reels to get out of a mood.
• It is eating into sleep, work or the people around you.
• You catch yourself hunting for a version with money in it.

Holding the reins yourself

• Settle how long you are staying before the first spin.
• Leave autoplay switched off.
• Step outside for a breather now and then.
• Clearing this site's data wipes the lot, and your device settings can block the site outright if you want done with it for good.
