What sits in your account file

Item	Why	How long it stays on file
Nickname	Giving you a name in the worlds	Until the account is deleted
Email address	Marking the account as yours so you can get back in	Until the account is deleted
Password hash	Letting you in without us ever holding the password itself	Until the account is deleted
Sign-up date	Answering you, and dealing with misuse	Until the account is deleted

That is the whole list. We never ask for your real name, your address, your date of birth, your phone number or any payment detail, because nothing on this site has a price. Your password is kept only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (giving you the account you asked for). Deleting the account clears all of it at once, and the button for that sits on your account page.

What sits in the browser only

Item	Why it is there	How long it stays on file
Coin pail, level, missions and game settings	Picking the game up where you left it	Until you clear this browser
Age confirmation	Saving you the same question on every page	Until you clear this browser
Cookie choice	Holding on to what you agreed	Until you clear this browser

All of that stays on your own device and is never sent to us.

Google tags, only once you allow them

Choose "Accept all" and we use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and whether our adverts lead to play, a first spin for instance. Google receives your IP address, device information and those events. Choose "Essential only" and the tags run in consent mode with no cookies and no advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

What the host writes down

Our host keeps the usual request logs for a short while, for security. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

What we never get up to

No payment data at any point: there is nothing here to buy.
Not one marketing email unless you ask us to send it.
Your data is neither sold nor rented to anyone.
Nothing shared with gambling operators, and no gambling affiliate links.

What you may ask the sugar house to do

You may see, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent whenever you like. Deleting your account from the account page erases the account data at once; clearing this site's data in your browser clears the rest. A complaint can go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
